Do you use voicemail services on your smartphone? If you have an Android smartphone, you can set up your Google Voice as your primary voicemail. Do you want to know how to get this service with Google Voice? It is quite a simple task to do. This method has been tried with AT&T phone, and it took as long as three minutes hardly. However, Verizon Wireless holders need to take some additional steps due to some compatibility issue.
- Are you ready to make your Google Voice your primary voicemail? For that, you need to visit Google Voice web page to sign in your account here.
- Move into the settings option, top right hand side corner of your screen. You will see Add Another Phone, under the Phone tab. Here you can provide details like your phone model and then your phone number to get yourself registered.
- Now, this will verify the number of yours. You need to follow some of the steps to get to it. You need to connect and Google will call at the provided number. You need to verify the verification code, whatever has been sent to your phone just add and tally it to activate your phone.
- Now tap to activate your Google Voice on your Smartphone. You will be given some more of the prompts to follow in order to make your number activated with Google Voice.
