Do you have an android? You share a common problem among other android users i.e. Google account authentication error. It usually happens when you jump into Google Play Store via your device and it beeps the error. It turns out you are pretty much dependent on Google to purchase or to download a free app. All you need to have is a simple Google account. But what if it collapses? Worry no more, the solution is as simple as a piece of cake.
Let’s find out! First thing first, just tap into the settings panel and remove your Google account, under the head of accounts. This is the same account, you have been using with your device for your login into the phone and to your Google Play Store. This will hopefully be working for you as it usually happens at the times when Google updates its Play Store. If the type of error you are getting is not yet solved by this method, let’s try something better.
Again tap into the settings panel, look for application manager and moved into it for Google Play Store. Tap into the Play Store and hit clear the data for the app. Now try again, things should be normal for you now. But if you are still getting the error of your account authentication, remove your account from the settings panel and then clear the cache as well as clear the data. Reboot your phone as well this time.
What else you can do, if the problem is still there for your android phone? Otherwise, you can again move into the settings panel and then into the Application manager. To Google Play Store and uninstall updates, you recently had on your Google play store. This will finally give you back the previous version you have been using before. Now, update the Play Store again and try signing in.
Good Luck !
